# NAPOMAN Server Roles: Priorities and their Roles

This Markdown file should hopefully tell you everything you have to know about the staff roles.

##### Server Director

Basically, can do everything. They are the highest above all staff members.

##### Head of Staff

Actively work with other staff members, while also discussing new roles, changes and so on for the staff team publicly or privately with the other High-Priorities. Promotes people based off from their capabilities, activity and other characteristics that may be useful for staff team members. Also works as a Mini Server Director if the SD is not available.

##### Administrative Council

Help the Staff Team know what to do after a certain situation and give clear instructions to staff members as well. Works along with the HoS as well, making talks about who they think should be promoted and for what reason they should be promoted. Also works as a Mini Head of Staff if the HoS is not available.

##### Staff Specialist

Actively discuss with other High-Priority Members about the Staff Team: Discuss possible promotions, new roles, new changes and anything else that can come to mind. Constantly assist the lower staff team and is the main culprit for help (meaning that staff members should @ping them for help). If not available to help, ping avaliable Administrators.

##### Support Specialist

Be active inside the support server and be in the look-out for tickets, and ping staff members for whenever a ticket is available. Assist staff members in tickets outside the ticket (aka in the staff chat) and give them clear instructions what to do so that the staff member learns what to do next time. If not available, ping avaliable Administrators for whenever you need support in a ticket.

##### Server Specialist

Actively think of possible ideas for the server: Changes, level up system, how to make the server more active and any other idea and suggestion that comes in mind. Can also suggest possible changes for the server. They are also one of the main culprits for help and can also be pinged for whenever a staff member needs help (though Administrators should be prioritised, only ping if no Administrator is available but the SeS is).

##### Trial Specialist

Be on the lookout for what you wish to be: Staff Specialist, Support Specialist or Sever Specialist. Actively contribute to the community by doing the jobs of the three roles, and pick which one you think would suit you best. You must decide within a month what you wish to be. After you found your suited speciality, you will have to prioritise on it and do such for 1-3 weeks. Will eventually be handed out a test, and if passed, is promoted to the specialist role of their choosing.

##### Administration

Actively help the lower Moderation Team (the Moderators) with their task. Watch over their activity, personality, reactions and other factors about their personality. Make a short and quick list of what you think about the members and hand it over to either the Staff Specialist, the Administrative Council, or the Head of Staff. Will also be the priority for Moderators for whenever other higher ups are not available in certain situations. This role will test the capability of members found in this role, to see whether they are worthy of a better position or not.

##### Trial Administration

Actively learn what the Administration must do and help Moderators whenever Administration members are not available to answer Staff member’s concerns. Will also have to be active in the community, have great personality traits, and other aspects that may and can affect their end results.

##### Moderation Overwatch

Will actively look out for Moderators and help the Administration team know how certain Moderators are acting up in the server and whether or not they are doing their job. Their main focus is the be just like any moderator, while also having a lookout for how other moderators watch.

##### Senior \& Advanced Moderators

If truly no one is available, this is the to-go to ask for: Senior and Advanced Moderators are Moderators with more experience than other Moderators, and should be on a small watch for the other Moderators, otherwise, they act mostly just like any other moderator.

##### Other Moderator Roles

Be active to the community and contribute to your job: Moderate the chat, be active, and have a great personality to be fun around. Your job is to advance up the ranks or generally just help out the community to be a more kind, safe community. Have fun climbing up the ranks!
